These Terms are a binding agreement between you and AiDitor(“AiDitor”). They cover the AiDitor mobile application and the website at www.aiditor.app (together, the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher) and able to form a binding contract under your local law. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Your app account
You are responsible for the Apple or Google account, device access, and AiDitor usage associated with your purchases and generations. Notify us immediately at aiditor.app@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions, tokens, and refunds
The Service is free to try with a weekly token grant. Paid tiers and consumable token packs are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal through your App Store / Play Store account. Token packs are one-time consumables and non-refundable once credited to your wallet, except where refunds are required by law.
Refunds are handled by the relevant store per its policy. We cannot process refunds directly.
4. What you create (AI-generated content)
4.1 AI output is generated
Every image produced by the Service is AI-generated. AI models can be wrong, biased, or produce unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before you use them and for deciding whether they are fit for your purpose.
4.2 Ownership
As between you and AiDitor, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, you own the outputs you generate, subject to the rights of the underlying model providers and any third-party rights in the inputs you submitted. AI-generated content may not be copyrightable in every jurisdiction.
4.3 Licence to us
You grant AiDitor a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and deliver your inputs and outputs solely to provide, secure and improve the Service, to enforce our policies, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not train foundation models on your inputs.
4.4 Disclosure
If you share an AI-generated image outside AiDitor you must not represent it as a photograph of a real event. In contexts where disclosure is legally required (e.g. political ads, certain commercial uses) you are responsible for labelling the content as AI-generated.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use AiDitor to create, upload, request, or distribute illegal, abusive, or policy-violating content. Prohibited content includes CSAM or any sexualized depiction of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, credible threats, incitement to violence, terrorism or violent extremism, targeted harassment, hate speech, fraudulent impersonation, election deception, doxxing, malware or cyber-attack instructions, and content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
We may use automated safety checks and human review to enforce these rules. Violations may result in blocked generations, warnings, feature limits, suspension, forfeiture of wallet balance, permanent account closure, preservation of evidence, or referral to law enforcement. We report suspected CSAM to the appropriate authorities where required.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, our trade marks, logos, and the templates we publish in the App are owned by AiDitor or our licensors. You may not copy, adapt, or reverse-engineer them except as permitted by law.
7. DMCA & takedown
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, email aiditor.app@gmail.com with a complete DMCA notice including identification of the work, the infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a signature.
8. Third-party services
The Service uses third-party AI providers, including fal.ai, that have their own terms and content policies. Your use of the Service is also subject to those policies for the calls we route through them.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiDitor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI outputs.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiDitor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us during that period. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; they apply only to the extent permitted.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from inside the App. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, for legal reasons, or if we discontinue a feature. Sections that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new Effective date and, where required, notified to you in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the Effective date constitutes acceptance.
